1. General Information

TeaDa Cafe provides takeout, catering, and dine-in services offering authentic Vietnamese food, drinks, and bánh mì.

All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed online, in person, or by phone.

Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for large catering orders).

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and major online payment options.

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be guaranteed.

3. Pick-Up and Delivery

Please pick up your order at the scheduled time.

For deliveries, we do our best to deliver promptly, but delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or volume of orders.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver may leave the order at your door or return it to the store. Additional fees may apply.

4. Catering Orders

Catering orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

A deposit may be required to confirm your order.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or delivery may result in a partial or full charge.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns once the order has left our restaurant.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us immediately.

Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs; however, our kitchen uses ingredients such as peanuts, soy, shellfish, and gluten.

We cannot guarantee that any item will be completely allergen-free.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Expired offers or promotions will not be honored.

TeaDa Cafe reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during ordering (online or in-store) will only be used to process your order or contact you about your purchase.

We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms

TeaDa Cafe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
