TeaDa Cafe – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TeaDa Cafe, we take pride in serving fresh and authentic Vietnamese food, drinks, and bánh mì.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Because our food is made fresh daily, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Food Orders

All food sales are final.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once food has left our restaurant.

2. Order Issues

If there’s a problem with your order (such as missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns), please contact us within the same day of your purchase.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Catering Orders

For catering orders:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery may receive a full or partial refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation costs have already been incurred.

If there is a concern with your catering order upon delivery or pickup, please notify us immediately.

4. Beverages & Merchandise

Beverages and bottled drinks are not returnable.

Merchandise (such as branded cups, shirts, or gift cards) may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
